Domina Hospitality
School, is a project in Hotel and Hospitality
Management Courses and Training designed
for professionals who want to improve
their competence and skills, and for the
holders of a degree in Hotel and Tourism
Management who wish to learn the best
hospitality strategies directly from the
Italian leader in the hotel industry.
Therefore, the aim of this course is twofold.
Firstly, it wishes to put its own experience
in the hotel industry as Domina Hotel
Group hotel chain at the disposal of the
candidates; secondly, it wishes to train,
with the help of its teaching staff, high-skilled
professionals in hotel industry and to
offer those professionals who are already
working in the field the opportunity to
sharpen their skills and enhance their
understanding of hospitality management.
This project aims
at injecting the experience and the competence
acquired by the Domina Hotel Group chain
over its last fifteen years of activity
in this field into the world of hotel
and tourism industry. The competence and
experience that in the last fifteen years
has made of Domina Hotel Group Italy’s
leading hotel chain, thus enabling it
to export Italian style hotel hospitality
all over the world.
At the end of each
completed course, candidates will be able
to participate in a four-eight-weeks in-service
training in one of Domina’s Hotels,
either in Italy or abroad, according to
a previous agreement between the hotel
and the candidate. Board, accommodation
and transport expenses are borne by the
hotel hosting the trainees.At the end
of each course, candidates will write
a short essay.
During the courses, the teaching staff will hand out a set of notes with the material related to each course. |
